The conference fee includes
    - Access to all conference sessions
    - Printed/digital certificate of attendance
    - IEEE Xplore publishing fee
    - Conference proceedings in flash memory
    - Abstract book
In order for the paper to be included in the conference program, at least one of the authors must have paid the participation fee until 9 November 2023. At most one paper can be submitted by an author with one participation fee. Authors who want to submit more papers pay an additional half of the participation fee for each additional paper.

Please make sure that your name, your address and the name of the conference are clearly stated on all money orders. Please attach a photocopy of your bank receipt to the completed registration form! Be aware that some fees will be charged by the bank for the transfer. These fees have to be paid in advance by the registrant, so that the net amount transferred is equal to the amount due.

IMPORTANT! (for participants from Turkey)

Those who will deposit money domestically can deposit it in TL by converting it into Turkish Lira at the daily bank euro selling rate.

For the invoice to be issued after payment, they must send an e-mail to the EMO Accounting Department with their invoice information (name-surname, TC number, address and e-mail/if the invoice will be in the name of the company, the company's invoice information and e-mail address).
