The aim of a special session is to provide an overview of the state-of-the-art and current research directions in specific fields within the general scope of the conference.
To submit special session proposals, please contact one of the Co-chairs, Prof.Dr. Serdar Ozoguz (ozoguz@itu.edu.tr) or Prof.Dr. Gunes Yilmaz (gunesy@uludag.edu.tr) before June 15, 2015.
Special Session Program
Special sessions consist of six papers, but a minimum of four and a maximum of eight papers are
also acceptable.
A special session paper is a regular paper but its review process is conducted by the special session organiser.
Paper Submission Process
Authors submit papers for special sessions through ELECO's
online submission system by marking the check box
on the submission page corresponding to the desired special session. Authors should follow the author instructions for regular ELECO papers.
The deadline for online paper submission for special sessions is the same as the deadline for regular papers.
Review Process
Special session papers are subject to peer-review process, in the same way as all other regular submissions.
Track chair of the special session is the special session organiser.
Accepted special session papers will be published in the conference proceedings as regular papers.
