Considering the increases in exchange rates in our country, economic uncertainty, and the economic weakening in our people and Organising Committee, it has been concluded that the ELECO 2023 conference cannot be held face-to-face, with limited opportunities, as a result of long research, calculations, economic monitoring and evaluations.

In order not to spoil our conference series, it would be appropriate to hold the conference online within economic possibilities.
